i wish i knew, they got a bunch of stuff @ GNC, excersise, drink water and gatorade, dont smoke, wait 30 days, i tried some pill from GNC that is said to clean your system in 7 hours, it worked but i didnt smoke for a month b4 my drug test

I saw a movie once where a guy drank vinegar for the same reason. He also used a turkey baster and put urine INTO his bladder for the test. lol. Don't know if its malarkey or not, but you could research it.Here's a good google search which has several pages of advice.

Well if your taking a drug test in a couple of days, then you might want to get some clean piss from someone. If you have a month then I would quit all together, try any detox methods.(AZOs, exercise, sweating, pills from a head shop, and etc..) I know some people that tried to drink a couple tablespoons of bleach and I wouldn't recommend it. Good luck!
