What medicine safe to take when?

u are on ur menstrul period?i know midol is but the only things i have is ibprofen and tylonal!which one is safest??
Answer:
Ibuprofen will help with cramps and is completely safe. You can also take Tylenol, but it won't help very much.
Ibuprofen is the better choice, if you're not allergic to NSAID.Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or NSAIDs (pronounced en-said).
Nonprescription NSAIDs such as aspirin and ibuprofen.
For cramps, I use 1 tablespoon of organic unsulphured black strap molasses and 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar in a cup of warm water. Drink. Cramps will go within 1/2 hour. Also take 500 mg calcium-magnesium every hour.
Motrin is the second choice to MIDOL ! as it is an anti-inflammatory...
TYLENOL is a pain reliever but has not been known to assist well with menstral issues.
