its allergies babe most likely from food with preservative.
its might be eczema which is very treatable.

One possibiltiy:Pruritis Ani (itchy butt).
Can be caused by many things, including consumption of acidic foods, alcohol etc. Its to do with irritation of the sensitive rectal mucosa from certain chemicals in the faeces. It is a common condition and can be treated by regular washing of the rectum following defecation with warm water. Avoid soaps etc that can further irritate the mucosa, and potentially avoid foods that you know exacerbate the condition.RESIST the temptation to scratch...this only makes things worse. Try washing with warm water when itchy. This should help if this is your problem.
