For the past two weeks I have experienced an annoying twitching sensation in my inner ear. It started with my right ear then my left and both. Does anyone know what this is and how it can be treated as well as what causes this twitching sensation?

That little butterfly sensation in your ear that only lasts a second is probably a spasm in your tensor tempani muscle. Try cutting back on the caffeine, etc,
