better off with a glass of warm milk. Sleeping pills can really mess you up and get you hooked. Have you tried herbal aides or melatonin. I think that might be safer. oh, and relaxation techniques. Good luck.

Yeah, sleeping pills really ruin your sysem. Ask a doctor whats right for you...that sounded like a commercial...lol. Try any method like said above warm milk though it makes me gag, counting backwards, think of a good moment or something, curl up with a good book, fall asleep listening to music or watching T.V.thats all i got.Hope dis helps = P
