Which aroma or essential oils have vitamins or similar properties?

Oils that penetrate the body to provide some srt of vitamins or energy?
Answer:
Essential oils don't have vitamins.
Some of them do have an energizing or stimulating effect, like peppermint, orange, eucalyptus. They work by stimulating the brain. Get a book at the libraray or buy one %26 read more about aromatherapy before you just go buy oils without knowing why you are using them.* There are hundreds of them to choose from.
Quick list, I gave you-- peppermint, orange, eucalyptus, will stimulate the nervous system. Lavendar, rosemary, chamomile are relaxants. You can make combinations for specific conditions, mental clarity, muscle tension, etc. but it's just too hard to give you an answer like that here. That's what books are for. There are too many to list.

Essential oils don't really have vitamins per se but carrier oils have. Choose carrier oils e.g. wheatgerm (high vit. E), carrot seed oils (high vit. A) and most contain anti-oxidants. etc.You can google info or check the page:
