Hi g I. I am a retired Chiropractor and graduate of the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (LACC), which is now a part of the Southern California University of Health Sciences. You can call this number 1-800-221-5222, then dial '2' for the admissions office. The wonderful staff there will be able to give you all the information you need about undergraduate education (you need a bachelor's degree before you can enter chiropractic college) and chiropractic education. You can also get lots of information from the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) - just do a websearch for their website. They are located in Washington, D.C.The federal regulatory body under the U.S. dept of Education for chiropractic education is the CCE - the Council On Chiropractic Education. The colleges are also accredited by the standard college accreditation organizations (e.g. Western States assoc. of colleges and universities).Best wishes and good luck.
well...there are about 20 schools in the country....each state regulates the practice .....so you have to be licensed in all states,ie,take an exam....do google search on schools of chiropratic....
Life Univerity in Atlanta. That was the name. It was kind of shady and got shut down. I don't know if it was able to open back up.But, that's the trouble. If you find one near you, it may be a bit shady and get shut down costing you your money and loosing your your time.
