Which is better for you to drink. gren tea or gatorade?


Answer:
green tea is more healthy, Gatorade gives you energy because of the sugar, but gatorade contains fructose and all that bad stuff. For sports drink Gatorade, for anything else drink green tea.

I have to agree with most of the people that have already answered...green tea has many great antioxidants while Gatorade has many needed electrolytes but just one thing to consider...studies have shown that Gatorade actually causes tooth decay faster than soda. Just another thing to consider when making your choice.

u want 2 re-hydrate, gatorade is a good option. all it has is the basic electrolytes with glucosetea is refreshing b'coz of the theophylline en also rich in 'anti-oxidants' which are really good for ur body. they even prevent cancer!!
Green tea is better, though if you want to replenish electrolites you don't need Gatorade, just take water and add natural sea salt and natural sugar to the water. it will benefit you in every way that gatorade does without all the artificial ingredients.
oh, definitely green tea. Gatorade has tons of sugar.
