Which stops BODY ODOR: MAGNESIUM OR ACIDOPHILIUS?!?!?!?

and how much of them should I take?
Answer:
I would say disregard the comment of use deodorant because it most likely has sodium laureth sulfate a carcinogenic. I would use coriander, ginger, cumin, fennel, licorice and oregano. I have no medical expierience but I do research herbalism and herbs alot so just check and see what these might do.
Try taking a shower every day and using a deodorant and after shave.
acidophilus is for bacteria growth (good bacteria) for proper function of your bowels, however you could smear it on your pits, and see what happens!!
acidophilius is the bacteria in yogurt, and yogurt has been known to get rid of bad breath...so maybe it'll cure body odor?? even better, just get some deodorant
magnesium is fairly nonreactive you use a little in metabolism but very little.Acidophilius will affect your digestion, better digestion may reileve the odor. acidophilus is normal resident bacteria taking alot is supposed to replace any bad bacteria in your intestine which should give better digestion and increase health. too much at once could sour your stomach for a little while parsley oil also relives alot of odor
Neither is effective as much as Chlorophyl. Acidophilus is a digestive enzyme and may help break down foods so your body doesn't sweat it. Magnesium has some effect on body odor as does other minerals, but chlorophyl has been shown to really work. Cheap, natural and effective.
Neither, try washing yourself sometime it works wonders. And the ladies like it, they don't a dirty stinko.
