Tums or Rolaids? Why?

well I was not expecting that question in this section. Since I don't usually use OTC meds my alternative med answer will be:Papaya Concentrate; don't dilute
Pineapple juice, organic if possible
What is this ? Please explain in detail.
I find that Tums work a little better for me, they are less chalky, and they come in better flavors. Something that works even better is American Health digestive enzymes (papaya).found at health food stores. They have all the necessary enzymes that break down all foods (something your body may be lacking if you often have indigestion), they have chloryphyl for bad breath, and they even help with heartburn.
