When online stores advertise "legal smokes" (not marijuana) are they really legal within the US?
Answer:
yes, just the taxes are different
Whenever you order stuff like that, or stuff from HighTimes magazine, your name is put on a FEDERAL list.
Whatever that means, I don't know. But it should tell you something.Just smoke pot. It'll actually get you high. That stuff won't. It might make you feel funny, but it's not natural.
