Which type of pill is better:Liquid caps, gel tabs, or just normal types?

Which one is better?
Answer:
I think they are all the same it just depends on which one is easiest to swallow.
1. liquid supplements - e.g. Liquid Multi Vitamin Supplement - is superior to vitamins in capsule and tablet form, as it is much more completely and efficiently absorbed by the body. 2.Liquid Gel-Caps - The liquid content of these easy-to-swallow caps allows them to be quickly absorbed by the body. Dry capsules and tablets contain binders and fillers, which can cause stomach upset. Natural Liquid Gels are body friendly.Generally speaking, the digestive process runs smoothly without much effort from us. However, as we get older it becomes less efficient. Consequently the digestion of tablets, for example, may not be complete, such that the absorption of nutrients is not as good as it should be. Its not only digestive problems that may leave someone short of the nutrients they need. With increasing age comes the likelihood of swallowing difficulties either as a result of disease or simply because getting older means the swallowing mechanism doesnt function as well as it used to. Moreover, whatever their age, many people simply dont like swallowing tablets and not just the horse-pill sized ones either.
In liquid form a substance doesnt need to be digested, it comes ready-prepared to be absorbed. Liquids have a greater bioavailability than tablets meaning that with all things being equal, more of the substance in liquid form will be absorbed into the blood stream. Liquid is easier to swallow too.
Liquid is best--absorbed quickly.
