Whats the best way to clear ear wax?

Answer:
Hopi ear candles release herbal smoke into the ear which breaks down the wax and sucks it out into the candle. It's amazing how much wax and dirt you find in it afterwards. Get someone to hold it for you so it stays straight and doesn't burn down too far.
I don't know, but I honestly want to.
...out of interest how long av u no cleaned ur ears 4 :S
Go to the docs and get your eats syringed
Use your shop vac. Just place the hose over your ear and turn it on. Wax on/ wax off.
Ear wax softening liquid from your chemist. Do not use cotton buds, it will only push the wax further into your ear. If its really bad, see your nurse, they will syringe it clean for you.
Soften the wax by using a dropper to put olive oil in the ear twice a day.you can often remove the softened wax with a cotton bud after 3 or 4 days. If you can't remove it yourself still apply the oil. but make an appointment to see the practice nurse at your GP. who can generally remove it quickly.Don't prod anything too hard in your ear.
Docs don't tend to syringe anymore unless there's a really big problem. If you go to the doc they will tell you to drop olive oil in twice a day til the problem stops.
A hair grip, that way it does not push the wax in but does not involve buying anything, i would bin it after. It would be a bit gross to have ear wax in your hair. (or you may find it holds better then l'oreal)
nalpalmwhoosh and the wax is gone
I was referred to a specialist surgeon who had this tiny little vacuum, he suck it out of my ears.If you go privately it costs about 拢200 for a 15 minute session. If you have narrow ear canals you should be able to get a referral from a GP.I've heard that hopi candles have a similar effect, you can get these from alternative medicine shops and health food stores.
use aortex(not sure of spelling)- it softens d wax n cleans ur ears! or use glycerin cleans crystal clear. it wil help ya!! if u want 2 be soo sure of wht u use then ask the phamacy they will be able 2 help u in an instance!
your earwax is a substance that came from your own body, it is also a composition of the dirt that is around us.Cleaning your earwax is a healthy act nor hygiene in proper grooming, but the best way to remove your earwax is using a cotton bud, simple.
But if it cost you pain, better consult your physician. It may become worsen if you use other treatments.Trivia: Did you know that your earwax has something to do with your defence system in your body?
Your earwax is a mechanism that helps your inner side of your earlobe to be moisten. Medical advice suggest that cleaning the earlobe frequently, is not advisable, yet cleaning it twice a week is a good hygiene. You may not even get a big load of wax in a week by not cleaning it, right?
God Bless!
cotton buds
Superficial wax around the entrance can be cleaned out with a baby wipe. For anything deeper, consult your doctor.
my mum used to warm up olive oil and pour it in my ear. the warm oil can shift the wax. its all a bit messy and you must not warm the oil too much 39 max.
Do not use chemical ear solutions such as otex, these are inaffective and can even make the problem worse. The best thing to use is slightly warmed olive oil (just the normal supermarket bought stuff) put a couple of drops in twice a day,and dont put in cotton wool, this will just soak it up. Put some in one ear then sit with your head to that side for as long as you can , then do the other side.
If it is a big problem go to see your GP who will arrange for the nurse to syringe them, (this is uncomfortable but not painful) which works a treat but they wont syringe till you have been using olive oil for at least 14 days.
never clean your ears out with cotton buds, this is often the cause of excess wax as it pushes the wax down into the ear canal and compacts it, in my experience most people that have needed their ears syringed use cotton buds to regularly 'clean' their ears.
Sometimes the olive oil on its own can solve the problem, once clear you can use a bicarb solution available at chemists to keep them clear.
Use olive oil for a week. It will soften the wax and if it is still a problem, your Gp or ENT clinic will either syringe or use micro-suction to remove it, but you may need a referral for this but olive oil is recommended by both.
Hydrogen peroxide is the best %26 safest way I know. put a couple of drops into your ear, (make sure ur head is tilted back completely!) %26 it'll have a fizzing action, let it fizz for a few minutes. Repeat if necessary.PS%26gt; make sure you don't have broken skin as it'll sting.most places sell it, like Boots, Asda etc.
use otex drops available from chemists every day for 3 weeks
it's brilliant
Ear wax is sweat and sweat is the body flushing and cooling itself - when the kidneys overload it can show up too much in the ears - drink hot boiled filtered water, keep hot in thermos and sip all day like tea - warm isn't hot enough
Warm olive oil.
You can get ear drops from the chemist, or see your doctor is the problem is really bad and he'll do it for you.
a few drops of warm olive oil
