Whats the best way to get off of Fentanyl patches?

Answer:
suboxone or subutex, they are the same drug essentially, but one is water solluble (subutex) and can be shot up. the other has naloxone in it (suboxone) and can only be administered under the tounge. these are non- euphoric pain killers that cling to the opiate receptors. they are used for heroin withdrawl.
they are the best to get off fentanyl, which is a synthetic opiate that is actually 1000 times stronger than heroin.
use it as directed for the 1st week
take patch off earlier the next week
earlier with longer periods on non use for the next
and so on
