What's the best way to increase my internal alkalinity?

I've heard that being alkaline is good for my health. What's the best supplements to help me alkalize my body? Thankx!

The ideal ration in a normal body is 4 parts alkaline to 1 part acid which will allow the body to maintain a pH factor of 7.365. Have you considered the water you drink? Most bottled water bought from machines and stores are acid(low PH), you need High PH alkaline water. Your body is naturally a alkaline organism and acidity is its enemy. It has been clinically proven that cancers and other sicknesses thrive in acid type environments. But they can't live in alkaline bodies.
I've done a lot of research in these areas, even testing waters, and the best water I've found to drink was DEER PARK bottled water. If you drink water from a stream,that has traveled over limestone etc.,It should be alkaline. You should buy you a good PH test kit, even a bottle of PH test strips will do nicely. Hard well water should be good. Soft water feels good to bath in and makes good soap suds, but is not the recommended drinking water.
Also take at least 1200mg Calcium w/ vitamin D daly.This is good at any age, but Supplements become necessary as you age to stay in good health. I know,I'm 63 and feal like 30.
