Really, it's exercise. Walk quickly around the block. It'll do wonders!
A quick boost is orange (fresh). This is more effective than any pill plus is healthy.
Hands down,a good B-complex is your answer,you will feel so good,and also a good anti-oxidant,the combination taken every-day is pretty amazing how much energy you will have,its what I used to get off drugs and be able to function,and it totally helped me to not even have a bad come-down.Caffeine pills will just burn you out and give you a headache and make you hungry,try the B-complex,and a good anti-oxidant or a good multi-vitamin.You can take 100mg of the B-12 a day,I started with 50 and worked my way up as it can upset your stomach,however I had no problems with it,and can't say enough good things about the combination.
