here is one of the best regimes. I get complimented on my skin all the time and no one guesses my age..noone...I have had some say I was 20 years younger than I am...really...here it is...
wash with tepid (not to hot) water and A natural loofa-takes off dead skin and cleans face naturally (you can use a loofa again and again, rinse it and make sure where you let it dry doesnt sit in water...mold will occur which is NOT good if not dried right.
use Kiss My Face Olive oil soap-its green, and perfect-olive oil regulates the oils in the skin..if there is too much it takes it out...too little..it adds it...leaves the skin smoothe! And if the bar does not sit in water it will last along time.
Then use Kiss My Face olive and aloe moisture lotion...always finish with moisture lotion..always...it leaves the pore open to get rid of toxins and doesnt become a pimple...
once a month I do a honey pat...after washing your face before you put on moisturizer..take natural honey, the more natural the better pour about a half dollar amount in your palm, wipe it on your whole face and then start patting...till it is real sticky, then rinse in tepid water then in cold water...then moisturize... thats it...other than drink lots of water and dont eat alot of greasy foods...and oh by the way, I am 52 and have hardly any wrinkles either. :} ..hope it helps
